A viral co-infection model with general infection rate in deterministic and stochastic environments

چکیده

In this paper, we present a model of infection in which virus can simultaneously infect two types target cells. The has general form rates deterministic and stochastic settings, incorporating bilinear rates, saturated incidences half-saturated incidences. the case, investigate existence stability infection-free steady state state, respectively. Considering that rate coefficient is affected by random noise, built corresponding using Ornstein–Uhlenbeck process. constructing suitable Lyapunov functions, established sufficient conditions for stationary distribution extinction model, addition, covariance matrix probability density function near determined. Finally, consider three most common forms perform comprehensive numerical simulations to support our theoretical results.
